For
peeling off (separating ) the carrying film you would need to
" initiate " peeling of foil by making a small
scratch/cut with a knife on the portion of the foil that is not
in touch with the leather ( untransfered portion around edges
). Then you can easily separate the film portion from the
paper, and just peel it off. |
|
|
Additional
Information |
|
1.
The release paper should not be peeled until 8 hrs for best results |
|
2. Generally a
plain plate is used, however, any print plate can be used while
transferring, as per your requirements e.g. Dry mill Plate, Croco
Plate. |
|
3.. After
transfer you can molissa, dry mill, or kiss plate the leather to
achieve any special effects/feels that you require. Water based feel modifiers
can also be sprayed to achieve desired finishes. |
|
4. Please note
that the above transfer conditions & guidelines are based on our
experience and trials. We however, recommend that you do small scale
trials yourself to arrive at best result suited to your
manufacturing environment. |
